Anesthetic management of two patients undergoing laparotomy & hepatectomy for carcinoid syndrome

: In this report we present two patients with carcinoid syndrome who underwent excision of a carcinoid tumor of the bowel and hepatectomy for secondaries in the liver. The preoperative preparation, the intraoperative problems and management as well as the outcome are described.
