Objective: To investigate the therapy of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy and effects on pregnancy, and prevent the risk of medicine. Method: Analyze diagnosis progress and pregnant outcome of typical case and go over the literatures. Result: One case in which fetus died during the progress of induced labor, the onset of illness of next pregnancy is earlier, and serious, drug and colligation therapy can not only elongate the gestational age but also lead to premature birth, premature rupture of membranes and meconium contamination, and need to have cesare-an. Conclusion: This disease have a high risk of medicine and have no good method to control the development of condition, so it is critical to grasp the time and way of pregnancy termination. Mother have a good prognosis, but the incidence rate and mortality rate is high of perinatal fetus.
