eTool for Teaching and Application of Digital System Testability Techniques

The paper deals with an eTool for teaching and application of the wrapper architecture for a core embedded in a digital system-on-chip. The Java language was selected for the tool implementation for its object-oriented structure and its usage via Internet. The software tool consists of two parts - wrapper architecture learning module and automatic wrapper structure generation module
