Systemic Ventricular Strain Predicts Transplant Free Survival in Fontan Patients with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome

Background: Despite improvements in the clinical management of hypoplastic left heart syndrome patients with Fontan palliation, this patient population is highly vulnerable to complications and mortality.
