Lung involvement on patients with rheumatic diseases occurs in 15-50% depending on the form of disease and is characterized by the involvement of airways, blood vessels, alveoli, interstitial, and pleura. The article describes the clinical variants of lung disease in patients with common rheumatic diseases systemic sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
