Coating production line for wheel and axle

Disclosed is a coating production line for a wheel and an axle. According to the coating production line for the wheel and the axle, a wheel pre-processing system and an axle pre-processing system are integrated. A workpiece feeding robot can be controlled to enable the wheel and the axle to be placed in different assembly lines of the same spray coating device through the corresponding pre-processing systems so as to conduct priming coat and finishing coat treatment, and therefore the integrated design of the wheel and axle spray coating technological process is facilitated, and the purpose that the wheel and the axle are independently fed to achieve the whole coating process can be achieved through a control system and integrated control. In other words, due to the fact that the wheel coating technology and the axle coating technology are designed in a centralized mode in the coating production line, coating of the axle and coating of the wheel can be achieved at the same time, the space occupied by the coating production line can be greatly reduced through the integrated design, the axle processed through coating and the wheel processed through coating can be independently assembled, the phenomena that due to procedure switching of the coating working procedures, secondary rusting happens, and workpieces need to be processed again are avoided, and the coating efficiency of the wheel and the axle is greatly improved.
