ANALISIS RISIKO KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN AKIBAT PAPARAN GAS KARBON MONOKSIDA (CO) PADA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI PASAR PERUMNAS SAKO KOTA PALEMBANG

Market is a places where buying and selling activities between sellers and buyers. In daily, Perumnas Sako market is always passed by two and four wheeled vehicles so often couse traffic jam with high risk of Carbon Monoxide (CO) esxposure to street vendors. Exsposed by carbon monoxide could cause dizziness, hanges in lung function, increased heart rate, difficulty breathing, distruption in cardiovascular system, heart attack and death. This study aims to analyze environmental health risk due to exsposure of carbon monoxide in street vendor at Perumnas Sako market. This study used quantitative and environmental health risk analysis method with 34 of respondents. The variable are carbon monoxide concentration, inhalation rate, duration of exsposure, frequency of exsposure, body weight, average time period, Efc and risk level. The study conducted at 3 measurement point in different times (morning, afternoon, and evening). The result showed that carbon monoxide concentration does not surpassed national quality standard with the highest measurement value where point II at 04.21 pm in 11,452 µg/Nm3. The average realtime intake is 0,1245 mg/kg/day. It is conclude that 32 from 34 respondents have RQ > 1 and risk management is needed to reduce the concentration of ris agents.
