The invention relates to a throttling device, in particular to a high-pressure-drop short-distance throttling device applicable to small-diameter pipelines. The high-pressure-drop short-distance throttling device is characterized in that an inlet large and small connector and an outlet large and small connector are used for expanding the upstream and downstream circulation areas of throttling orifice plates, a plurality of eccentric throttling orifice plates with identical structures are serially welded between the inlet large and small connector and the outlet large and small connector, small eccentric holes of each two adjacent eccentric throttling orifice plates are distributed in a 180-degree rotation manner, each eccentric throttling orifice plate is a cylinder structure, an orifice plate is arranged in the middle of each cylinder structure, and eccentric circular holes are formed in the orifice plates. The high-pressure-drop short-distance throttling device has the advantages that the throttling device structurally comprises the inlet large and small connector, the outlet large and small connector and the multiple levels of eccentric throttling orifice plates, fluid flows to form a Z shape in the throttling device, accordingly, cavitation caused under conditions of high pressure drop and short distance is effectively prevented, the eccentric circular holes in the middle orifice plates form internal threads, throttling effects of the throttling orifice plates are further improved, and cavitation at inlets and outlets of the small holes of the throttling orifice plates is effectively relieved.
