Otohematoma. Manejo quirúrgico de un caso

The othematoma is a frequent, although not very well-known entity for dermatologist. Frequently caused by a local trauma, it is usually managed by otorhinolaryngologist. We present the case of a masculine patient with othematoma in right external ear managed successfully with marsupialization. The knowledge of this technique will allow to the dermatologist surgeons to offer a cure alternative to these patients.
