Keeping the Oldest: The Evergreen Springs Plant of Electrico Power Systems

Employment issues associated with older employees are a growing concern among American businesses. Numerous stereotypes exist about older workers and result in differences of opinion concerning the benefits and liabilities of older employees.  This article provides a case for students to examine that provides them with an opportunity to think about some of these issues and propose solutions to address them.
