The comparative analysis of methods of postoperative analgesia and the development of early postoperative cognitive disorders. The aim of this study was to identify and assess the relationship between postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POKD) with the level of postoperative analgesia in patients of elderly and senile patients undergoing radical cystectomy with simultaneous ileocistoplastiks. 32 patients were elderly and senile patients operated in urology clinics of the Bashkir State Medical University. Study design: randomized, retrospective, controlled. The inclusion criteria is a radical cystectomy with simultaneous ileocistoplastiks on Studeru or Brikkeru, the bladder cancer t 2-4, 0-1, N M 0. Age over 60 years. The risk of surgery and anaesthesia: 1st-2nd functional class, ASA and 1-2 grade on the scale of cardiac risk Goldman. Noted that the minimum of postoperative pain syndrome and cognitive status with prolonged epidural anesthesia combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
