1‐[4‐(3‐Chlorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐fluorophenyl‐4‐oxobutyl)‐4‐piperidinylcarbonyl]pyrrolidine (haloperidide)

Haloperidide is a very potent neuroleptic which belongs to the class of butyrophenones. The crystals were obtained by evaporation of a solution in ethanol. The space group was determined from Weissenberg photographs. The cell dimensions and intensities were measured with a Nonius CAD-4 automatic four-circle diffractometer. The experimental conditions are given in Table 1.
