The utility model discloses an installation structure for a rotor and a stator of a permanent magnet coreless motor. The installation structure comprises a rotor and a stator. The stator is composed of an armature winding disc with a coreless structure. The rotor is composed of two magnet yokes equipped with a plurality of magnet bodies. The two magnet yokes and the armature winding disc are disc-shaped structures. The two magnet yokes are located on the left side and on the right side of the armature winding disc and on a main shaft. The two magnet yokes are parallel to the disc surface of the armature winding disc. The magnet densities of the gaps among the armature winding disc and the magnet yokes at two sides of the armature winding disc are the same. The magnet bodies of the two magnet yokes are in one-to-one correspondence. The polarities of the magnet poles of the adjacent magnet bodies are opposite. An axial magnet field is formed among the magnet bodies on the two magnet yokes. The plurality of magnet bodies of each magnet yoke are uniformly arranged on the magnet yoke alternately according to an N pole and an S pole and form a circle.
