Observation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and microwave physical therapy

Objective:To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and microwave physical therapy on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:96 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into 2 groups by the semi-randomized method. One was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,the other was treated by microwave physical therapy besides of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effects were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results:The accumulative total effective rate and cure rate of microwave physical therapy were higher than the controlled group,and the difference was obvious(P0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and microwave physical therapy could increase the clinical effects of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
