Effect of Different Fertilizer Application Strategies on Soil Microbial Biomass During Soybean Growth Periods

The role of different fertilizer application strategies was discussed by the measurements of soil microbial biomass C and N dynamic in soybean field.The results show that compared with nill fertilizer,the application of organic fertilizer,chemical fertilizer,and the combined application of organic and chemical N,P,K fertilizer could greatly enhanced the soil microbial biomasses in the whole soybean growth periods,and then increased the supplies of the soil nutrients,both of which benefited to the buildup of soil fertility.
