A Profile of the Educational Opportunity Centers Program: 1999-2000

Provides a comprehensive profile of the program, including participant demographics, services provided, and performance outcomes, using data from 1998-1999. The data, submitted by almost all funded projects, represent over 150,000 participants. Thirty-nine percent of participants used programs at four-year colleges, and 37 percent attended programs hosted by community organizations. Programs hosted by two-year colleges served another 24 percent.
