The status quo and problems of establishing learning organization of enterprises in Lianyungang city are investigated.Some experiences from establishing learning organizations are concluded.The problems of establishing learning organizations are analyzed.Some strategies and suggestions for further establishing learning organization for Chinese enterprises are proposed.
