Designing and Completing of the Phonetic Interface System for Robots Based on SPCE061A

In this paper, a new-style MPU, SPCE061A, is introduced, and a phonetic interface system for robots based on SPCE061A is designed. This system has many functions, such as recording and playing the voice, controlling robots by the Phonetic commands and having dialog between the user and the robot. The experiment shows this system could be used in intelligent toys, servicing robots, recreational robots and educational robots.
