Belt transporting device, method and sytem

The present invention relates to belt conveying device, belt conveying method and belt conveying system. The aim of the present invention is to prevent blocking in the belt conveying device, also is to improve precision of belt conveying size. The belt conveying device includes a guiding piece (33) for guiding the belt (41), a drawing-off arm (36) and a holding basal plate (35). The drawing-off arm (36) adsorbes the belt (41) on the guiding piece (33) at an initial position, and draws out to the holding basal plate along length direction of the belt. The derivative belt (41) is adsorbed on theholding basal plate (35) fixedly. After cutting off the belt (41) by a cutter (60), to reset the drawing-off arm (36) to the initial position.
