Absorbing the strategic foreign investors is an important strategy in Hunan industrialization. The author believes that tax policy should lead to balanced and sustainable foreign strategic investment, and strengthened economic growth in Hunan. When adjusting the existing tax privilege policy, we should stress the preference of industrial and regional development.
