The Application of Ripple Compensator in Angang 3# Blast Furnace

Ripple compensator is widely used in iron and steel industry,featuring such as absorbing deformation,shock absorption and noise reduction,with simple structure and easy installation. At the same time it is also a weak link in pipeline operation. This paper mainly describes the problems and countermeasures of bellows in the installation process,and introduces the measurement and analysis of bellows deformation.
