[Ultrastructure of gastric antrum mucosa in patients receiving long-term treatment with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs].

: We studied the ultrastructure of gastric antrum mucosa on the background long-term use of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs. We demonstrated that long-term use of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs leads to decrease of mucous granule secretion by epitheliocytes of gastric antrum mucous membrane.
