Первичное эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава при переломах шейки бедренной кости у пациентов преклонного возраста в Хабаровском крае, Сахалинской и Камчатской областях

This article deals with the problem of the treatment of elderly patients with the femoral neck fractures. 297 patients were cured since 1994 to 2005. There were 67 total endoprosthesis and 36 unipolar endoprosthe-sis. Various models of endoprosthesis used. Cement connection used often. The majority of patients continued active life. The authors recommend the urgent surgical treatment as soon as possible on the base of orthopedic departments.
