Technical/Economic Survey of the Marketability of U.S. Army Phosgene (Carbonyl Chloride).

Abstract : A survey of over 40 industrial companies to determine feasibility and best approach for sale of surplus DOD low-grade phosgene. Fourteen companies expressed an interest in the phosgene and/or associated ton containers. Summary data includes production and capacity of facilities for consumption of phosgene and related end products, quality of phosgene required, and an estimate of suitable marketing approach.
