According tothethermal-optical effect andtheelasto- optical effect, therelationship oftherefractive indexwiththe temperature andthestress oftheoptical windowintheaero- dynamic environment isobtained. Basedonbuilding themodelof grid, ray-tracing inoptical windowiscarried out.Thenanovel methodtocorrect thewave-front andreduce theblurring caused byaero-optical effect isintroduced. Itcombines theadaptive optics using themicro-opto-electro-mechanical system(MOEMS) and phasediversity speckle(PDS)technique. Now the development ofthenanoormicrofabrication technique offers thepossibility forthereal-time correction systemusingthe combination ofMEMS andthenanoormicrooptics technology. Furthermore, themethodofphasediversity speckle isless susceptible tosystematic errors introduced byoptical hardware, anditalsoworkswellforextended objects. Inthis paper, thekey technique ofthewave-front correction underaero-optical condition isdeveloped basedonMOEMS andPDS,andthe feasibility ofthis technique inthehigh-speed missile guide system isanalyzed theoretically.
