The invention relates to an assembly fixture for a three-phase breaker transmission mechanism. The assembly fixture for the three-phase breaker transmission mechanism comprises a base, a transmission shaft locating mechanism and a shifting fork locating mechanism, wherein the transmission shaft locating mechanism and the shifting fork locating mechanism are arranged on the base, the transmission shaft locating mechanism comprises a transmission shaft supporting seat fixedly arranged on the base, the transmission supporting seat is provided with a supporting shaft hole, and the transmission shaft locating mechanism further comprises a transmission shaft limiting structure which is used for being in limiting matching with a transmission shaft and preventing the transmission shaft from rotating in the circumferential direction and moving in the axial direction. The shifting fork locating mechanism comprises three locating blocks which are fixed to the base in the left-and-right direction in a spaced mode according to the three-phase distance of a breaker, the left end face and the right end face of each locating block are a pair of plane structures with the stretching direction perpendicular to the left-and-right direction, the orientations of the pair of plane structures are opposite to each other, and the left end face and the right end face of each locating block are used for achieving locating matching with the opposite end faces of two shifting blocks of a corresponding insulating shifting fork through surface contact. The assembly fixture for the three-phase breaker transmission mechanism can guarantee the phase distance among all insulating shifting forks.
