Recently, organic waste water treatment switch to the biological methods, using microorganism due to degradate the waste water into simple elements and give the negative impact to the environment. Biology method is preferred because it has a low cost and simple treatment than chemical or physical methods. Currently, preservation of microorganisms obtained in the market is in liquid and powder culture. The problems of liquid culture have a short life time ( 3-6 months) and requires feeding during storage as well . While the powder culture can cause respiratory infections. The problems can be overcomed by pelletization of microorganism preservation.
