The pipe body comprises aggregate particles, a resin film used for coating the surface of the aggregate particles and polythiol curing agent used for solidifying the resin film, wherein the resin film refers to epoxy modified organic silicon resin with an epoxy value of 0.23-0.56 eq/100g. A weight percentage of the resin film and the aggregate particles is 0.5-10: 100 and the weight percentage of the polythiol curing agent and the resin film is 15-20: 100. The casing pipe has the advantages of being high in strength, permeating oil effectively, preventing water effectively and being capable of being suitable for the sand prevention casing pipe of the periphery of the well wall.
