Advances in cell carrier targeting therapy

The cell that can specifically home or migrate to the particular tissue or pathological site is a new targeting therapy carrier,which is used for delivering macromolecule agents such as genes or oncolytic virus to interesting sites.This paper reviewed recent advances in the study of cell carrier targeting therapy,and especially discussed the advantages and challenges of cell carriers and cell-based drug delivery for targeting therapy of cancer or other diseases.
