A resource utilization method of chlorofluorocarbons

2016
The invention relates to a resource utilization method of chlorofluorocarbons. Halogenated ethane and halogenated methane are adopted as raw materials in the method. The method includes reacting under actions of a catalyst, cooling through heat exchange, washing with water, washing with an alkali, drying, compressing, condensing and liquefying, and rectifying to separate halogenated propane. In the method, fluorochloroethylene or fluoroethylene prepared by removing HF from fluorochloroethane or fluoroethane is directly reacted with the halogenated methane, thus avoiding separation of the fluorochloroethylene or the fluoroethylene which is high in dangerousness. The conversion ratios of the halogenated ethane and the halogenated methane are high. Selectivity and the yield of the halogenated propane that is a main product are high. The halogenated propane can be used for preparing pentafluoropropane, tetrafluoropropene, and the like, and has important economic value.
