Methods: 18 patients with carcinomatous change of intraductal papillomas were reviwed restrospectively. Results: All of the 10 cases underwent operation. Frozen section showed that 17 cases were considered carcinomatous change of intraductal papillomas. 10 cases with axillary dissection had no metastases to the axillary limph nodes. Local-regional recurrence occurred in one case two years after brest-conserving surgery. Conclusion: Frozen section is helpful for definitive diagnosis.
