On chemical coloring technology for austenite stainless steel

Coloring on stainless steel is an advanced and potential technology.By using a chemical oxidation technology(INCO),different colored plating layer can be obtained on the surface of austenite stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti.The impact of different prescription of oxidizing solutions and sealing solutions on adhesive and resistance capacity was studied.The results show that the colored stainless steel not only is colorful,but keeps the excellent original performance;and meanwhile the stainless steel obtains the colored lating layer,which shrinks the coloring process,makes the good chromaticity,decreases the process,and reduces the cost.
