COMPETÊNCIAS EMPREENDEDORAS DE MULHERES: ESTUDO DE CASO EM TREINAMENTO DE EMPREENDEDO-RISMO COMO EXTENSÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA

portuguesEste artigo apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa realizada com o objetivo de identificar as compe-tencias empreendedoras predominantes entre as mulheres participantes dos cursos de capacitacao em empreendedorismo, ofertados pelo Programa Bom Negocio Parana (PBNP). Na definicao da pesquisa, foram consideradas as turmas de 2017 e 2018, formadas nos municipios da Regiao Sudeste do Estado do Parana. A pesquisa teve abordagem quantitativa, cujos dados foram obtidos a partir de formularios preenchidos por uma amostra de 28% do universo da pesquisa. A mensuracao dos dados foi realizada pela perspectiva descritiva e de correspondencia multipla. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que “comprometimento” e “atitude pela busca de oportunidades” sao as competencias preponderantes no perfil das mulheres empreendedoras participantes deste estudo; e, ainda, sao consistentes com os obtidos por outros pesquisadores, em condicoes e locais diversos, sugerindo um padrao feminino de competencia empreendedora, em seu protagonismo no seio das sociedades contemporâneas. EnglishThis article presents the results of a survey conducted to identify the predominant entrepreneurial competences among women participating in the entrepreneurship training courses offered by the Good Business Parana Program (PBNP). When designing the study, the classes 2017 and 2018 that concluded the course in the municipalities of the Southeastern region of Parana were considered. The research had a quantitative approach, and the data were obtained from forms filled online by a sample of 28% of the students enrolled in those courses. The data were measured from a descriptive perspective and by multiple correspondence analysis. The survey results showed that "commitment", and "attitude when looking for opportunities" are the preponderant skills in the profile of the female entrepreneurs participating in this study. The results of this research are consistent with results obtained by other researchers in different places and conditions, which suggests a female pattern of entrepreneurial competence, in their leading role within contemporary societies.
