Flavonoids of wood anemone (Anemone nemorosa L., Ranunculaceae)

Abstract From the aerial parts of wood anemone ( Anemone nemorosa L., Ranunculaceae) in blooming, we isolated and identified quercetin-3-α-glucuronide. The structure of the isolated heteroside was determined by UV, 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR spectroscopy, MS, octaacetyl-derivative MS, electrophoresis and hydrolysis. This heteroside had been first found and proved in A. nemorosa L.
