According to rail vehicle brake control instruction receiving of the invention, a train is segmented into multiple CAN bus networks on the basis of a traditional MVB (Multifunction Vehicle Bus), multiple brake controllers are connected through a CAN bus and are then integrally connected to an MVB. Thus, during braking, the MVB only needs to transmit brake information to the CANs, a lot of computation is performed by the CANs, and a small amount of unified computation is returned by the MVB. The communication burden on the MVB is reduced greatly.
