Особенности гестационного процесса у несовершеннолетних женщин Республики Калмыкия

The problems somatic and reproductive health clinical during pregnancy and labor in adolescents was studied. Results of 248 childbirths have been analyzed. The gestational process complicated by the early toxis 20, 2 %, gestosis 55, 6 %, partus praematurus 9, 3 %. Labor in adolescent may be named us high risk labor. General complication was puerperium inflammatory diseases (in 21 % cases).
