Tracheobronchomegaly following intrauterine tracheal occlusion for congenital diaphragmatic hernia

Background Fetuses with severe congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) and pulmonary hypoplasia may benefit from fetal endoluminal tracheal occlusion (FETO). Enlargement of the main bronchi and trachea appears to be a common complication of FETO.
