Tobegin with the studyof thisprojecthas setthe topic called"PROJECT FEASIBILITYFOR THE CREATIONOF ACOMPANYPRODUCINGMICRO" SANDWICHWITHGUAVAPANELA"AND MARKETINGINTOWNQUITO, Pichinchaprovince," thespecific objectiveswhichservedas a guidefor the studywere raised. To meet theprimary objectivemethods, techniquesand procedures wherebyresearch, develop andtest the veracityof the projectwere used.The methods used were: Inductive, who used it togeneralizefindings and recommendations;Deductivethat allowedbased onthe conceptsapplyin developingmarket research, technical, administrative, economic and financial evaluation; Note: The following techniques areappliedIt allowedto knowhow to carryouttheproduction and marketingofsnackprocess.Survey: Appliedto a representative sampleof thepopulation and the sampleof this research.The market segmentunder studywas thepopulation ofQuitothatis660,304families accordingtopopulation and housingcensusconductedby INECin 2010and agrowth rate of4.06% for 2014. The analysis inthe development ofeach of thephases of the projectfeasibilityallowed: 1.Market ResearchCompanydetermines thatit is feasible toimplement itaccordingto the data obtainedan unsatisfied demand10'633.896unitswas obtainedsnacksfor the first year. The installedand utilizedcapacitywill cover4.46% of the unmet demand.Theinvestment amounts togivingthe amount of$ 125,946, of which 32%will beequityand 68%bank loan. The financial evaluationindicates that the companywill recover thecapital infour years, four monthsand 22days;that for everydollar investedcompanyearns77 cents. Theinternal rate of returnis65.41% which representsitbetter thanbank interest rate. Based onthe results,it is recommended toimplementthe projectas it will givesignificantreturns for itsinvestorsand generatesproductive developmentforinvestorsandeconomic developmentfor the City of Quito
