Association. The design of the apparatus is based on laser irradiation of theinvestigated organ and analysis of the backscattering signal spectrum. As a source of coherent radiation a monomodehelium-neon laser (LGN-207, Russia) of wavelength 633 urn is used. Backscattering signal registration is carried out bya system of silicon photodetectors. Delivery of direct and backscattering light is fulfilled through a polyfiber PVC
