In red are shown those patients who are rejected from surgery. Almost all patients who have none lesional MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) are almost always rejected (dropouts) since the diagnostic procedure is complicated and the outcome is not very reassuring. Patients who have lesions are sometimes rejected too. This is due to an involvement of primary functions with high risk of postsurgical neurologic deficit.
