The present invention relates to a polymer resin composition for producing a microfiltration membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane, to a method for producing a polymer filtration membrane by using the polymer resin composition, and to a polymer filtration membrane provided by means of the production method. The polymer resin composition according to the present invention makes it possible to provide a microporous membrane in which the micropores are relatively evenly distributed and which can exhibit high water permeability.
