Dynamic range extended mode of digital camera decision method using fuzzy rule and apparatus for performing the method

CONSTITUTION: A feature value about a preview image is determined by the selected measuring standard(120). It is determined whether to expand the dynamic range using a fuzzy rule which is matched with a determined feature value(130). A step for determining whether to expand the dynamic range determines an auto exposure mode(141), a contrast enhancing mode(151), or an HDR(High Data Rate) image module(161) by the expansion of the dynamic range.
