O circuito inferior da economia urbana nas festas de São Francisco de Assis em Canindé-CE

The retail assumed a role of highlight in the socio-spatial reorganization of cities. In this context, observing the importance of the city Caninde in the economic and cultural scope of the state Ceara, then this article aims to grasp the lower circuit of the urban economy in the period of the St. Francis of Assisi and their consequences in the socio-spatial dynamics of Caninde. The study was based on the theory of circuits in urban economics. Thus, we did interviews with and street vendors. The temporal frame from 2018 to 2019 (in the periods of September and October). In the Caninde, it is perceived that the lower circuit is productive and responsible for generating employment and income, which enabling the survival of several families.
