Some dynamics problems of monocrystalline turbine blades

2010
Consideration is given to general problems for providing the dynamic strength of monocrystalline gas-turbine blades which are caused by anisotropy of the material and manufacturing deviations of the directions of crystallographic axes, specifically, features of the vibration frequency spectrum of blades and detuning frequencies from resonances, role of the slip system in a crystal on the evaluation of fatigue damage, analysis of data of fatigue tests and strain measurement, and a rational approach to evaluation of the margin of the fatigue strength of blades by maximum tangential stresses.
