Ultraviolet-ray-curable resin composition and laminate using same

2015
Provided are an ultraviolet-ray-curable resin composition having superior transparency, and a laminate using the same. The ultraviolet-ray-curable resin composition contains: (A) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate-modified hydrocarbon polymer, polyoxyalkylene, and polyurethane; (B) a photoinitiator; (C) a benzoxazoline compound having a benzoxazoline skeleton and/or a naphthalimide compound having a naphthalimide skeleton; and (D) a plasticizer and/or a (meth)acryloyloxy-group-containing monomer having at least one (meth)acryloyloxy group in the molecule, wherein the amount of the benzoxazoline compound and/or the naphthalimide compound is 0.001-5 parts by mass with respect to a total of 100 parts by mass of the polymer, the photoinitiator, and the plasticizer and/or (meth)acryloyloxy-group-containing monomer.
