In the paper some features of the conservative treatment of distal shoulder metaepiphysis fractures are analyzed. The researchers has worked out and presented a protocol of treatment and rehabilitation of such fractures. A great number of satisfactory and unsatisfactory results in cases of intra-articular fractures emphasizes the need for their operative treatment.
