Modeling and Simulation of AMT Clutch Actuator Based on SimulationX

This article builds up AMT clutch electrical actuator model by using SimulationX (modeling and simulation software), and focuses on the research of back-EMF coefficient K e and torque coefficient K t of DC permanent magnet motor, the two parameters are established through motor performance test data, so that motor model simulation results are basically identical with motor test results. Finally, in comparison between simulation results of the whole clutch actuator model and test results, they are basically identical, making preparation for controlling the actuator in the next step.
