Objectives
Bing–Neel syndrome (BNS) is a rare neurological complication of Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia. The aim of this study is to describe the spectrum of radiological manifestations of this syndrome and their prevalence in order to facilitate its early diagnosis.
