Monitoring device and method for pavement spreading temperature uniformity

The invention discloses a monitoring device for pavement spreading temperature uniformity. The monitoring device comprises a control host, a plurality of temperature sensors and a display screen, wherein the temperature sensors and the display screen are electrically connected with the control host. The temperature sensors are mounted on the rear side of a spreader ironer according to the numbers and used for acquiring transverse distribution temperature data of the bituminous pavement. The control host is used for receiving and processing the temperature data acquired by all the temperature sensors. The display screen is used for receiving the temperature data transmitted by the control host and online displaying a monitored temperature, the temperature segregation degree and an early warning prompt. The invention further discloses a monitoring method for pavement spreading temperature uniformity. By adoption of the monitoring device and method, the current spreading temperature and temperature segregation degree can be rapidly inquired and timely fed back to an engineering manager, so that a construction process can be timely adjusted by the engineering manager, construction quality is ensured, and the monitoring device is simple and easy to operate and has good application prospects.
