The identification device comprises a light source, a first optical detection part and a first anti-counterfeiting mark identifying part, wherein the light source is used for outputting near-infrared light to a mark to be detected, the first optical detection part is used for receiving visible fluorescent light generated by the mark to be detected due to the excitation of the near-infrared light, and the first anti-counterfeiting mark identifying part is connected with the first optical detection part, is used for comparing the intensity of the visible fluorescent light to preset intensity, and judging that the anti-counterfeiting mark exists when the intensity of the visible fluorescent light is lower than the preset intensity, and judging that the anti-counterfeiting mark does not exist when the intensity of the visible fluorescent light is not less than the preset intensity. The intensity of the visible fluorescent light provided by the invention is difficult to be broken and copied by adopting reverse engineering, therefore the breaking difficulty, anti-counterfeiting capacity and anti-counterfeiting effect of an anti-counterfeiting technology can be improved.
